Everything was simply excellent. Appreciated this hip new hotel: great food and helpful staff. Climate control, a laptop-compatible safe, and multi-channel television in my a double room were useful during the stay during our vacation in Ecuador. The location was nice, for example, Plaza Foch was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. Plus, it was very close to the services and back and the historic town center.

The staff at Ibis made my stay exceptional. I accidentally left some items in the safe and the general manager personally ensured that everything was returned to me when I came back. Their service and care went above and beyond my expectations. The rooms and common areas were also very nice. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Got Wheelchair Accessible room with beautiful view, a sofa bed and a sleeper sofa as expected. The location of the hotel was marvellous and amazing - at a moderate distance from a worthwhile museum.
Sadly, there was no sport gym.
